Do you love curry?
Well I've just given up my 15 yr career as a Civil Servant and I'll be pursuing a career in cooking.
Right, down to the important stuff; FOOOOOOooood.
I love it and especially currys. Being of Pakistani parents I love my mums cooking but despair with the rubbish sold at "Indian" take aways and restaurants. The food served at these places and at supermarkets bare no resemblance to the food I cook at home or my Mum cooked.
